iWink CRM

Some time after I started working at iWink, I was tasked with developing a new iWink product: a Customer Relations Managerment (CRM) system.

I designed and implemented the system over the summer of 2008 based on the demands of two existing customers and my superiors Simon Wisselink and Jurriaan Wentink. The system was created using PHP, MySQL, HTML and Javascript. It could administrate organisations, contacts and communications.

After completion the project had gone far over budget, and did not turn out to be competitive with existing CRM software. The product was finished to the specifications of the two customers and then shelved. A demonstration of the product (in Dutch) can be found here.
